Versatile 4K NDI Encoder with Genlock Input

The Studio G from Science Image is a portable and rack-mountable video converter and encoder. This portable unit can function as both an encoder and decoder for High-Bandwidth NDI signals, as well as provide format conversion and long-range optical fiber transport.

Utilize the Studio G in any environment that requires video format conversion and/or NDI processing with genlock capability, such as video walls, broadcast studios, remote television production, and concert venues. Having the ability to sync the Studio G with your facility’s other equipment ensures perfect timing in latency-sensitive environments.

While the Studio 2 provides the same NDI encoding, decoding and format conversion, the Studio G upgrades to a larger chassis with front-facing OLED display and tally light. It uses the same form-factor as the Vela series, making it compatible with the Vela Shelf for up to three units in a 1U space.
